At Lyricwear, we strive to deliver quality products with unique, lyrics-inspired designs. Since all our items are made-to-order, we follow a clear and fair Refund, Return, and Cancellation policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
✅ Valid reasons include:
- Defective or damaged product
- Incorrect item delivered
- Wrong size (exchange only; 1-time per order)
📦 Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID)
⚠️ Note: Personalized or customized products are not eligible for return unless defective.
Exchange Process
For size issues or eligible exchanges, please email us at 📧 support@lyricwearofficial.com within 7 days.
- Our team will assist you with reverse pickup (if available) or ask you to self-ship.
- In case of defective products or wrong item, we bear all return shipping charges.
- Exchange will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under these conditions:
- If the product is damaged, defective, or wrong, and customer does not want a replacement
- If the order is cancelled before it goes into print/production
💰 Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval, using the original payment method.
- Minor color or design placement variation (due to digital mockups)
- Customer’s change of mind after printing
- Late delivery due to courier delays (unless unreasonably delayed)
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within a few hours of placing the order, but only before printing begins.
- Once the product is sent to production (usually within 6–12 hours), it cannot be cancelled.
- To request cancellation, email us immediately at 📧 support@lyricwearofficial.com with your Order ID.
- If cancellation is approved before printing, the full amount will be refunded.
⏰ Pro Tip: Contact us ASAP after placing the order if you wish to cancel. The sooner, the better!
How to Initiate a Return, Exchange, or Cancellation

- Your full name
- Order ID
- Reason for return/exchange/cancellation
- Clear photo (if product is damaged)
