1. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Valid reasons include:
  • Defective or damaged product
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Wrong size (exchange only; 1-time per order)
• Items must be:
  • Unused and unwashed
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID)

Note: Personalized or customized products are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Exchange Process

For size issues or eligible exchanges, please email us at support@lyricwearofficial.com within 7 days.

• Our team will assist you with reverse pickup (if available) or ask you to self-ship.
• In case of defective products or wrong item, we bear all return shipping charges.
• Exchange will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under these conditions:

• If the product is damaged, defective, or wrong, and customer does not want a replacement
• If the order is cancelled before it goes into print/production

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval, using the original payment method.

Refunds are NOT issued for:

• Minor color or design placement variation (due to digital mockups)
• Customer’s change of mind after printing
• Late delivery due to courier delays (unless unreasonably delayed)

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within a few hours of placing the order, but only before printing begins.

• Once the product is sent to production (usually within 6–12 hours), it cannot be cancelled.
• To request cancellation, email us immediately at support@lyricwearofficial.com with your Order ID.
• If cancellation is approved before printing, the full amount will be refunded.

5. How to Initiate a Return, Exchange, or Cancellation

Please write to us at support@lyricwearofficial.com with:

• Your full name
• Order ID
• Reason for return/exchange/cancellation
• Clear photo (if product is damaged)

Our support team will get back within 24–48 hours.
